분사구문 뒤에 절을 보니 would have p.p로 가정법 과거완료 표현입니다. 그렇다면 앞에 분사구문인 If born in better times, 가 어떻게 생겨난 것입니까? 즉, 분사구문을 원문장으로 복원할 때, 시제를 어떻게 써야 합니까? If he had been born in better times, 라고 한다면 이게 어떻게 분사구문을 만들 때, If born in better times가 되는 것인지요?

1) 분사 having been pp에서 having been은 생략할 수 있습니다.
If he had been born in better times, he would have become famous.
분사구문으로 바꾸면, 접속사와 주어를 생략해서,
Having been born in better times, he would have become famous.
분사에서 having been은 생략할 수 있으므로,
Born in better times, he would have become famous.
분사구문 앞에 접속사를 첨가할 수 있으므로,
If born in better times, he would have become famous. 가 되는 것입니다.
2) Since it was founded in 2002, the club has gained reputation.
분사구문으로 만들면, 접속사와 it를 빼서
Being founded in 2002, the club has gained reputation.
분사 being pp에서 being은 생략할 수 있으므로
Founded in 2002, the club has gained reputation. 이 되는 것입니다.
