앞에 under no 가있어서 도치필수가 일어난건지궁금합니다
그렇다면 under no 의뜻이 어떻게되는지 알고싶습니다

이부분에서 every +단수명사 이기때문에 was 가맞는거아닌지 궁금합니다

이밑줄친문장이 understood 가되어야 맞는게 아닌지 궁금합니다.

<답변> (under / no circumstance) = (전치사 + 명사)구 no는 명사를 한정하는 관사입니다. a, the와 같은 것입니다.
under the circumstance; 그 상황에서
under no circumstance; no 상황에서 --> 어떤 상황에서도 아니다 = never의 의미가 됩니다.

<답변> 네, 맞아요. 주어가 participant (참석자)로 단수명사가 주어입니다.

<답변> the letter was not difficult to understand. 로 써야 합니다. it를 쓰면 안됩니다.
원래의 문장은 it was not difficult to understand the letter. 에서 to부정사의 목적어가 주어로 도치한 문장이랍니다.
